Fatigue and Insomnia

Fatigue and Insomnia are so common these days, you can’t help but notice all the TV commercials and ad's providing drugs to help alleviate these symptoms. Something I have noticed over the years after treating patients for various spinal related problems is almost always they tell me they are sleeping better. If the muscles and joints of the back are not functioning in a normal fashion the most expensive mattress will not alleviate the problem.
